Paley Ho had a vision to build a nationally recognised lighting brand from Perth, entering an industry traditionally dominated by a handful of players, and centralised on the east coast.

As a teenager working in a lighting and bathroom fixture shop, Mr Ho was inspired to create spaces of comfort, using light. The result was Unios, which since 2012 has grown from one to 50 staff and increased turnover significantly. The company is in the process of growing operations in New Zealand and Indonesia.

Mr Ho was a 2019 Business News 40under40 winner.
