Bianca Sandri co-founded successful town planning firm Urbanista Town Planning at 25 years old.
Ms Sandri has worked on some of Western Australia's most high-profile mixed-use developments, and specialises in all areas of town planning, inclusive of the State Administrative Tribunal.
She advocates for good built form, activation of town centres, government transparency and people-centred development.
Ms Sandri gained extensive local government experience across a number of councils in Perth. She was a planning officer at the cities of Vincent and Bayswater, and spent six years as a councillor on Tamala Park Regional Council.
Ms Sandri was appointed director of community services at the City of Bayswater in 2023 and transitioned to executive manager of strategic projects in 2025.
Ms Sandri has been chair of Tamala Park Regional Council, former deputy mayor at the City of Stirling, land redevelopment committee member for the DevelopmentWA area of Scarborough, an alternate Joint Development Assessment panel member, and sits on several community boards.
