Launched in 2002, Success and Leadership is a series of breakfast events that showcases leaders from organisations with a Western Australian business and community footprint. Success and Leadership offers a captive business audience a fresh perspective of the speaker's leadership journey as well as other topical company and community developments.
The events are usually held as a breakfast and as a 45 minute moderated in-conversation, including attendee questions using an audience interactive platform.

Andrew has been transforming the gym industry as the Founder of Revo Fitness since 2012. Determined to approach the industry differently, he bootstrapped Revo with a clear mission: to build a truly member-first brand. Over 13 years Andrew has scaled the business slowly and deliberately and ensured to embed a people-first culture, that’s grown Revo from one club to 57 across Australia, with 100 on track by 2027.
During the pandemic, Andrew led with empathy to pause memberships and offer online workouts that even schools adopted. Post-covid, members returned in force and advocated to their communities to join them. Fast forward to 2025, and Revo has doubled its membership from the previous year and is on track to clock over 20 million visits through their doors.
A competitive and curious founder, Andrew believes in getting 1% better every day, learning from others, and trusting great people to grow what you start. In the last 12 months he’s expanded Revo’s impact to include over $200,000 donated which helped raise over $1.1 million for mental health and suicide prevention charities.
