First Amongst Equals in the 2019 Business News 40under40 awards, founded Kimberley Pharmacy Services in 2009 to address the issues facing the pharmacy industry and patients in rural and remote Australia, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. KPS now employs 24 people at three pharmacies and provides pharmacy services across the region. In 2015 KPS was awarded the national Pharmacy of the Year award. In 2018 Ms Mann was appointed by the Federal Minister for Health to the 12-member Pharmacy Board of Australia which is the peak regulatory agency for the pharmacy industry. Hannah Mann was also the 2019 40under40 winner of the Small Business category.
