Philippa Lonie

Philppa Lonie is an human resources professional with experience across a range of industries including mining, construction, higher education, not for-profit, retail and technology. After completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Australia, Ms Lonie worked as an employment lawyer at Ashurst. She then moved to BHP as human resources manager, before taking role with online gaming provider VGW. 

She was involved in sexual harassment and workplace bullying investigations at Rio Tinto and in 2021 decided to go out on her own, founding HR advice and support brand Green Shoots.
