Schlam is a mining services company founded in Perth by Ryan Schlam around 2007.
The business provides asset management, maintenance and productivity solutions for fixed and mobile mining equipment.
Following a 2020 rebrand that unified its operating divisions under the Schlam name, the company expanded its international presence. In late 2025, Italy's USCO ITR Group acquired Schlam Payload and the Schlam brand, while the remaining operations were sold to FMS Group.
