Dr Kent Tan is the founder and chief executive of My Implant Dentist (MID), one of Australia's fastest-growing healthcare businesses.
Since founding MID in 2019 with three staff and a single chair, Dr Tan has built a national network of 13 clinics across Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria, and New South Wales.
MID has won the AIM WA Pinnacle Awards in consecutive years (Emerging Business Excellence 2024; Customer Experience Excellence 2025), the Telstra Best of Business Award for WA Innovation (2024), and the WA Business Awards, Medium Business of the Year (2025).
