Natalie Bussau founded Honey Online in 2020 after being drawn to the health benefits of honey.

Ms Bussau co-founded a second company in 2023, Australian Rare, a luxury brand curating high-end gifts made from Australian produce.

Ms Bussau owns 50 per cent of the Australian Rare business, with its products exclusively sold at Harrods in London.
