Brad Young

At the age of 19, and after two years working in the business, Brad Young took over  a family friend's small shower repair business - The Shower Man. He later rebranded to The Grout Guy, and expanded from Perth to NSW, QLD and VIC. 

As of 2024, The Grout Guy employed 110 full-time staff across Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. He had also founded a water-filtration business Filtered Homes.
