Simon Joyner

Throughout his career in financial advising, Simon Joyner kept his goal to establish an independent financial planning practice in mind. The opportunity came when he joined one of AMP’s largest general and life insurance agencies in Australia, David Buttfield & Associates. Together with David Buttfield, Mr Joyner established Keysbrook Financial Services. Following the retirement of Mr Buttfield, Mr Joyner bought out the other partners and has developed Keysbrook into an independent financial planning and chartered accountancy business. Since then Keysbrooks assets under advice have grown from $50 million in 1998 to $250 million in 2003 and turnover has grown from $200,000 to $2 million.
