Kim Smith founded Standing Strong in 2013. The organisation provides personal development courses for children.
Prior to establishing her business, Ms Smith worked in training roles, including as learning and development coach at Monadelphous and as a program facilitator and youth mentor at The Beacon Foundation.
She has a Bachelors degree in Behavioural Studies and a Diploma in Holistic Counselling.
In 2021, Ms Smith was a winner of the Business News 40under40 Awards and winner of the HBF Community, Social Enterprise and Not-for-Profit category.
