Cre8tek Limited, formerly Marion Energy Limited, was a software and technology company that listed on the ASX following Marion's acquisition of Global Agenda Technologies in January 2016. Global operated a software as a service (SaaS), sales conversion, and social networking technology platform. As a result the company's name was changed from Marion Energy to Cre8tek. In November 2016 Cre8tek acquired Flamingo Customer Experience in a scrip and public offer deal which handed plurality control of the company to Flamingo's vendors.
