Dave Filov

Dave Filov was a partner at law firm HWL Ebsworth which he joined in November 2019 after it acquired his former business, Perth-based Bellanhouse Lawyers. He specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law. Mr Filov left HWL to become a counsel of Allens in early 2021. He was a principal advisor in the listing compliance unit at ASX and had worked at Allens early in his career.

Mr Filov has extensive experience with ASX-listed entities advising on a range of corporate matters including IPOs, backdoor listings, equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, ASIC and ASX compliance, and general corporate advisory.
