Bryn Hardcastle specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law. He has extensive experience in equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory, reconstructions and disposals predominantly in the energy and resources sector.
Mr Hardcastle was a corporate partner at law firm HWL Ebsworth which he joined in November 2019 after it acquired his former business Bellanhouse Lawyers, where he was the founder and managing partner. He left HWL to become a partner of Allens in early 2021.
Prior to establishing Bellanhouse, Mr Hardcastle was a partner at Hardy Bowen and worked in London, Melbourne and Dubai with Freehills and Allen & Overy.
