Mark Blayney was driving Carr Civil Contracting from a company which employed 5 staff with a turnover of $1 million dollars, to one which employed 160 personnel with a turnover of $60 million dollars. Mr Blayney then went on to take the helm of Ertech from June 2014 before becoming the owner & managing director of Geraldton Brick in December 2015.
