Ronnie Michel-Elhaj is a director and co-founder of Nicheliving and has transacted over $500 million in property deals. He is responsible for managing and integrating the group’s business units including property development, construction, real estate and financial services. He also heads Nicheliving’s site acquisitions team. Ronnie has been recognised as one of Western Australia’s top young business entrepreneurs at the 40under40 awards and was named by BRW Magazine as one of Australia’s most successful young property development entrepreneurs.
