
Janelle Marr has been involved in corporate strategy for over 25 years in risk and business transformation across Australia, Asia and global markets.
She is Independent Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee at the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification, a Commissioner of Tourism WA, and Independent Director of the Battery Stewardship Council and Foundation Housing.
With a background in international management consulting and employment law, she has held senior executive roles in ASX-listed companies and global firms, including KPMG, EY and investment banks Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs in the UK.
Ms Marr has been the founding managing director of StepBeyond Strategy since October 2007. She has also served a diverse directorship portfolio including Edith Cowan University, Charles Darwin University, Ability WA, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Screenwest and Burswood Park.
Ms Marr is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Governance Institute of Australia, a certified INSEAD International Director, 40under40 winner and former Telstra Business Award winner.
