MSM, D13 debut on ASX
MSM Corporation International and Department 13 International both debuted on the ASX today, after completing their respective reverse takeovers and backdoor listings.

Boyd Timler has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Medusa Mining. Mr Timler has over 30 years of progressive international mining experience and has most recently served as the chief operating officer of Beadell Resources.
Technology investor and company director Gavin Rezos has been appointed chairman of Sydney company Resources & Energy Group, which has just bought a small gold project near Southern Cross.
