Aloft Perth Rivervale will be a contemporary 4.5 star hotel with exceptional design and unique signature facilities. The Hotel is currently under construction with a completion date set for the end of 2016. Aloft Perth Rivervale is being built by BGC Development, Australia’s largest private construction company, in partnership with Starwood Hotels and Resorts. The hotel will have 224 rooms on 15 levels and a host of business facilities including meeting and conference rooms and a rooftop function room with spectacular Swan River views.
