Four Points by Sheraton sold for $91.5m
Singapore’s GIC Real Estate has sold the Four Points by Sheraton Perth to another Singaporean firm, Bonvests Holdings, in a deal worth $91.5 million.
Four Points by Sheraton Perth is directly across from the RAC Arena and only minutes away from Northbridge, sporting events at Optus Stadium, and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Singapore’s GIC Real Estate has sold the Four Points by Sheraton Perth to another Singaporean firm, Bonvests Holdings, in a deal worth $91.5 million.
