Company director John Langoulant has added another title to his broad portfolio, taking on the role of state president WA for the Committee for Economic Development of Australia.
Mr Langoulant has been a member of CEDA’s state advisory council in Western Australia and a CEDA governor.
Mr Langoulant was formerly chief executive of Oakajee Port and Rail, Crosslands Resources, Australian Capital Equity and Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA.
He was the WA under-treasurer from 1995 to 2004, and also chaired the state government's Major Stadia Taskforce.
Mr Langoulant currently chairs a number of boards, including GESB, Telethon Kids Institute, Committee for Perth, WA Ballet, Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline and Leadership WA.
He chairs the Bankwest Curtin Economic Centre and is an adviser to Curtin University.
He also sits on the board of Westpac as its state chairman WA.
