Board moves June 25, 2024

Our board moves wrap includes Scott Patrizi, Joel Nicholls, Michael McDonald, Christine He, Jack Rosagro and Brett Tucker.

Forrestania Resources Limited (ASX:FRS)

Scott Patrizi has resigned from his role on the Board of Forrestania Resources. FRS has thanked Mr Patrizi for his valuable contribution during a pivotal time for the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.

Jameson Resources Limited (ASX:JAL)

Joel Nicholls will retire as a Non-Executive Director and be replaced by Michael McDonald, KC. Mr Nicholls has been a Director of Jameson since 2016 and is credited with being a driving force behind Jameson’s Crown Mountain environmental assessment application. Mr McDonald will be based in British Columbia.

MC Mining Limited (ASX:MCM)

Christine He has been announced as the Interim Managing Director and Chief Executive of MC Mining. Ms He will take on the two roles at the start of July and has been credited with over 25 years of senior management experience. MC Mining interim chairman Mathews Senosi has thanked Ms He for taking on the interim roles.

K-TIG Limited (ASX:KTA)

Jack Rosagro has been announced as K-TIG's Company Secretary. He replaces Brett Tucker, who has resigned from the role. K-TIG has thanked Mr Tucker for his contribution to the company and wishes him well for the future.
