Sultan Resources
Lincoln Liu and Mark Mitchell have been appointed as non-executive chair and as non-executive director, respectively.
Concurrently, David Lees and Steve Groves have resigned from the board.
Sultan Resources’ board has thanked Mr Lees and Mr Groves for their contribution and wished them well with their future endeavours.
Caprice Resources
Robert Waugh has been appointed as non-executive chair.
Mr Waugh replaces Glenn Whiddon, who has announced his intention to step down following a short transition period.
Riedel Resources
Scott Patrizi has been appointed non-executive director. His appointment follows Grant Mooney’s resignation from the board.
Scott Cuomo will replace Mr Mooney as chair.
IGO
Kathleen Bozanic has announced her intention to step down as chief financial officer at the end of the year.
Concurrently, Sam Retallack has resigned as chief people and sustainability officer.
Ms Retallack will continue in her role until early quarter 3, 2025.
Evolution Energy Minerals
Robin Birchall has resigned from his role as chair and non-executive director.
Mr Birchall’s resignation is subject to the appointment of Paul Atherley as non-executive director.
A replacement chair will be appointed at the next board meeting.
