Board moves April 24, 2025

Today’s board moves wrap includes Shannon Robinson, Kwok Kin Lai, Richard Grellman, Rhys Waldon, Gino D'Anna and Denise McComish.

FBR

Shannon Robinson has been appointed as non-executive chair. 

Ms Robinson replaces Richard Grellman, who will continue with FBR as non-executive director.

Concurrently, Rhys Waldon has been appointed company secretary.

Holista Colltech

Kwok Kin Lai has been appointed as non-executive chair. 

His appointment follows the recent resignation of David Deloub.

Askari

Gino D'Anna has been reappointed as executive director. 

Mr D'Anna transitions back to an executive position after having his managing director role terminated in December 2024.

Mineral Resources

Denise McComish has resigned as non-executive director.

Ms McComish was the last remaining member of  Mineral Resources ethics committee.
