Aspen revaluation puts Dunsborough asset at $118.9m

An independent valuation of Perth-based property firm Aspen Group's Dunsborough Lakes Estate by CB Richard Ellis has put the property at a value of $118.9 million, up from the purchase price of $93.7 million in October last year.
