Toby Browne-Cooper has nearly 20 years of legal, commercial advisory and development experience on major construction and infrastructure projects. He is a Managing Director at Oryx Consolidated a business advising on development and infrastructure projects, including a pipeline of innovative new integrated aged care, childcare and retirement accommodation in premium locations in Western Australia.
Prior to founding Oryx Consolidated, Mr Browne-Cooper was Regional Legal Counsel for Brookfield Multiplex's Perth office (2013-2015), Legal & Commercial Bid Manager / Development Manager at
Capella Capital (2011-2012) and a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills (2003-2010). In addition to working as a senior legal executive, he had a parallel career as Managing Director with aged care and retirement business Continuing Health Care where he led a management team with significant focus on stakeholder liaison, personnel management and new project delivery, until 2014. He set and implemented strategic plans to successfully capture capital growth through innovation and expansion.
