Oryx Communities advises on development and infrastructure projects, including a pipeline of integrated aged care, childcare and retirement accommodation in premium locations in Western Australia.
It was established by Nita Peploe and Toby Browne-Cooper, former directors of Continuing Health Care, an aged care and retirement accommodation provider.
In 2018, Oryx completed the conversion of a former boutique hotel into The Richardson aged care residence in West Perth. Oryx opened The Melvista aged care residence in Nedlands in 2025. The organisation also owns The Queenslea in Claremont, which was completed in 2021.
