
Stephen Quantrill acts as chairman and director of a range of businesses, including in private equity, real estate property, oil and gas, bio-technology, advisory and engineering. He is the executive chairman of McRae Investments, the diversified investment holding company founded by Harold Clough in 1965, and is executive chairman of The Indo-Pacific Group, of Strategius and of Fang Australia, which is the Australian arm of NYSE-listed SouFun Holdings, owner of China’s largest real estate property portal Fang.com. He is also managing director of Q-Corporate Advisory, director of Alzhyme Pty Ltd, an alternate director of Twinza Oil Limited, chairman of Pedco Engineering and director of Q-Boss Process Solutions.
He holds a BSc (Civil Engineering), Bachelor of Commerce, and an MBA – all with first class honours, and draws on global business experiences across Australia, Asia, the USA, Southern Africa and Europe. He is a Fellow of FINSIA, Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of Engineers Australia and member of the Turnaround Management Association of Australia.
