Board Moves December 5, 2023

Belararox has appointed Benjamin Donovan as company secretary and Graeme Morissey as chief financial officer, and Simon Robertson will step down as non-executive director on 15 December. Mr Donovan provides corporate advisory and consultancy services, and is a director & company secretary of several ASX-listed and public unlisted companies across the resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries. He will commence on 15 December and replaces John Traicos who will resign from the position at the end of the year, but remains a non-executive director. Mr Morissey is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in servicing clients within the mining exploration and development sector.

I Synergy Group has appointed Anson Heng as an alternate director to Dato’ Victor Hoo. Mr Heng, who has over 15 years of experience in the IT sector, is the chief operating officer of VCI Global where Dato’ Hoo is executive chair.

At NeuroScientific Biopharmaceuticals, Chris Ntoumenopoulos has taken over from Paul Rennie as non-executive chair, and Tony Keating has replaced Stephen Quantrill as non-executive director. Mr Ntoumenopoulos joined the board recently in November. Dr Keating is an experienced entrepreneur and chief executive, having co-founded and led ResApp Health from a startup to its acquisition by Pfizer in 2022.
