Sean Henriques plays a central role in the transformation and renewal of metropolitan Perth, as well as leadership of the Authority throughout the merger with its sister agency, LandCorp. He was previously responsible for overseeing delivery of a suite of urban regeneration projects including the likes of Elizabeth Quay, Perth City Link, and the Scarborough foreshore along with the continued redevelopment of East Perth, Midland, Armadale, and Subiaco in his former role as Executive Director of Project Delivery at MRA and East Perth Redevelopment Authority. Mr Henriques also holds a leadership position with the Edith Cowan University, having been appointed as the Program Director of the University of the Future Program. He will be responsible for the successful planning and delivery of the ECU City Campus, due to open in 2025.
