Ryan Gurner is a Chartered Accountant with extensive financial and commercial experience spanning over 15 years across Australia, Asia and Europe.
Mr Gurner joined Northern Star Resources in January 2015 as general manager of finance. He was subsequently appointed chief financial officer in September 2018 and executive general manager in February 2021. Prior to Northern Star Resources, he was the chief financial officer and company secretary of ASX- & TSX-listed RTG Mining. He had also performed senior financial roles at Sakari Resources, a SGX-listed top 50 company, ASX-listed Mincor Resources, and was manager at PwC's offices in Perth and London.
Mr Gurner holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours, a Bachelor of Commerce, and sits on the Chamber of Minerals & Energy in WA’s Economics & Tax Committee.
