Robert Swift is the Responsible Manager for API Capital Advisory (AFSL 329133), a global equity boutique advisory with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, UK and Miami (USA). He has worked as a fund manager in the investment industry for over 30 years and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Before establishing API, he managed $20bn as head of multi strategies at BTIM in Sydney and prior to that was jointly responsible for over $200bn while a Chief Investment Officer at Putnam Investments in Boston, USA. He is a member of the investment committee at Local Government Super, a $10bn industry superannuation fund based in Sydney. Robert’s fund management experience is a valuable asset for PCP and its platform companies given Robert’s knowledge of, relevant valuation analytics and metrics, current viable business strategies deployed by listed companies, and how and why fund managers allocate capital to companies.
