Private Company Platform (PCP) operated a digital platform providing unlisted companies (Pty Ltd and public unlisted) and operating unit trusts a structured pathway for such entities to prepare for and complement their prospects of achieving their carefully planned corporate event. PCP was started by Jeff Broun.
In 2018, Advanced Share Registry purchased 51 per cent of the business. Advanced Share Registry was subsequently acquired by Automic Group, and Private Company Platform ceased its operations in November 2023.
