Phil Hearse
Non-Executive Chair / International Graphite
Phil Hearse is an Australian metallurgist with over 40 years of experience in leading diverse and challenging resource projects around the world.
He is chair of International Graphite, an Australian company developing a downstream graphite processing facility in Collie in the south-west of Western Australia. Mr Hearse was the managing director of mining services process engineering company BatteryLimits, managing director of metallurgical company Normet (now a subsidiary of BatteryLimits), and spent four years as advisory director of GRD Minproc (now AMEC).
Mr Hearse also possesses operations experience at Broken Hill, Bougainville, Queensland Nickel and Nabalco Gove.
