Melissa Holzberger is a commercial lawyer with over 20 years of experience in the international energy and resources sector.
She has extensive knowledge of the mining and uranium sectors through her roles as legal counsel at BHP and Rio Tinto, and as the founder and principal of Sloan Holzberger Lawyers where she specialises in international nuclear law and regulatory compliance.
Ms Holzberger's non-executive director experience covers the ASX, corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors.
She is a member of the Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency’s (ARPANSA) Radiation Health and Safety Advisory Council.
