Mark Hine has been appointed non-executive director and Rowan Johnston has resigned from his role as non-executive chair. Following Mr Johnston’s departure Simon Lawson will assume the role of interim executive chair. Mr Hine has been credited with 35 years with 35 years in executive management roles. Interim Executive Chair Simon Lawson thanked Mr Johnston for his contribution to the company and wished him well with his future endeavours.
Volt Resources
Dominic Virgara has been appointed non-executive director. Concurrently, Jack Fazio has resigned from his role as non-executive director. Mr Virgara has been identified as one of volt’s largest shareholders and former managing director of Techforce Personnel. The Board has thanked Fazio for his contribution and wished him well with his future endeavours.
Paladin Energy
Melissa Holzberger has stepped down from the board of directors. She has been a non-executive director since 2021. Paladin’s Chair Cliff Lawrenson has thanked Holzberger for her contribution to the company and wished her well in her future endeavours.
Basin Energy
Peter Bird and Benjamin Donovan have advised they will resign from their roles as non-executive directors at the end of the week. Their resignations were tendered following Basin’s decision to streamline its operations. Mr Donovan will remain as company secretary.

Tony Lennon has stepped down as chairman and retired from the board of Peet. In addition, Greg Wall has been announced as Lennon’s successor, stepping into the role of chairman after the company's AGM.
