Mark Shelton became the managing director of Outback Travel Centres in late 2016. Prior to that Mr Shelton had been Seven West Media CFO WA from May 2014 to December 2016. He joined SWM after more than a year as CEO of Global Surface Mining (2013-2014). Mr Shelton is the former CEO of Skywest Airlines (2008-2012), and former financial controller and company secretary of Community Newspaper Group (1990-2008). He was a trustee of children's charitable trust Telethon.
