Mark Hyde

Mark Hyde specialises in insolvency, reconstruction and commercial litigation. He advices commercial clients across the banking and finance, resources, property, mining, building and construction sectors; and has acted for major Australian financial institutions, administrators, liquidators, receivers, company directors, and a broad range of corporate clients.

Mr Hyde also regularly assists clients with issues relating to trading trusts, subpoenas, FOI requests, liquor licensing, statutory demands, winding up applications and regulatory compliance.

He has acted in insolvency and general commercial matters in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and the Court of Appeal.
