Luca Castelli has over 15 years of energy industry experience (retail and generation) in Western Australia including the development of multiple renewable energy projects from concept to commissioning.
He is the key driver behind Advanced Energy Resources’ projects since it was founded in 2006, and has developed a 20MW renewable energy development portfolio and overseen the commissioning of 6MW of wind and solar capacity. Mr Castelli also has a detailed understanding of WA’s electricity market including generation, retail, wholesale markets, regulation and compliance.
Mr Castelli is also a board member of the Mt Barker Power Company (owner and operator of the 2.4MW Mt Barker Wind Farm) and provides commercial oversight of the Castelli Group’s winery and liquor wholesale operations.
