Sam Castelli established Castelli Group after his engineering company, UGL, successfully listed on the ASX in 1994. At the time, UGL employed more than 2,500 staff.
Castelli Group comprises multiple entities operating in the areas of property development, asset management, power generation, electricity retail, wine production, contract winemaking, and liquor wholesale and distribution. Castelli's portfolio includes the Mt Barker Wind Farm and the Castelli Estate winery in Denmark.
