Kerrie Papamihail has significant equity capital markets experience. She advises local and international clients across sectors on ASX and NSX IPOs, spin-offs, backdoor listings, migration listings, capital raisings, listing rule and Corporations Act compliance.
Ms Papamihail has regulatory and corporate advisory experience having worked at ASIC, ASX, a West Perth boutique corporate law firm, a national law firm, and as legal director of HFW before joining Lavan as Special Counsel in its corporate services practice in February 2022.
