Keong Kok Chan

Keong Kok Chan spent a number of years with Big Four accounting firms in Sydney, Canberra and Perth. He was involved with the coordination of teams across Australia to perform due diligence activities on private equity transactions, analysis of establishing operation in Australia, cost minimisation programs and other restructuring activities. Mr Chan also provides advice on corporate matters in relation to capital raising, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and divestments. He has sat on, or acted as an advisor to, the boards of several ASX-listed companies. Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia and a Master of International Customs Law and Administration degree from the University of Canberra.
