Karina Kwan

Karina Kwan has an executive career spanning 30 years in the financial services industry, including as general manager of group support services finance at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Prior to that, she spent 18 years with Citi including 3 years as chief financial officer for Australia and New Zealand. During her time at Citi, she performed the role of corporate treasurer for 12 years and also chaired the Institutional Bank's New Product Approval Committee. Ms Kwan is a non-executive director and chair of the audit & risk committee at WAM Active, and an advisory board member of The University of Sydney Business School.
