Gordon Sklenka graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in accounting and finance. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance in the areas of capital raisings, IPOs, acquisitions and project finance in the resources and technology sectors. Mr Sklenka worked with a number of listed public companies in Australia and Canada, and developed extensive experience in company formation capital raising and project acquisition. He is on the board of several ASX-listed public companies in the resources sector.
