Colleen Altstock

Colleen Altstock is a US diplomat who has served as at the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai, the State Department in Washington, DC, the Bureau of Intelligence and Research, and in the Office of Russian Affairs.
A career Foreign Service Officer, Ms Altstock has also worked in the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, the U.S. Consulate in Shenyang and the U.S. Embassy in Astana, Kazakhstan. Ms. Altstock holds B.A. degrees (in International Studies, Economics, and Asian Studies) from the University of Washington in Seattle.
Ms Altstock was appointed US Consul General to Western Australia in September 2025.
