Colin H Steyn

Mr. Steyn has over 30 years experience in the resources sector with particular expertise in the development of mining operations in Southern Africa. Mr. Steyn was appointed a Director of the Company on October 21, 2010. Mr. Steyn was previously President and CEO of LionOre Mining International from 1999 to 2007. He was one of the original founders
of LionOre and was instrumental in the growth and development of LionOre into a major international mining house. During his time as CEO, LionOre grew from a market capitalization of US$100 million to over US$6 billion.
