Octava Minerals has agreed to sell 100 per cent of its Talga gold, base metals and lithium project in WA's Pilbara to Global Lithium for $200,000 in cash and a further $200,000 by way of Global Lithium stock. Global Lithium will acquire Octava's seven Talga project tenements though a 100 per cent owned subsidiary with the share consideration based on its 5-day VWAP prior to completion.

Octava Minerals has tapped the market for $1 million in a bid to expand the antimony prospect within its Yallalong project in WA, with plans for both extensional and infill drilling. The finds include an impressive 3m at 6.83 per cent antimony and 7m at 3.27 per cent at a time when the silvery metal is all the range on global markets.

Octava Minerals is on the cusp of kicking off a soil sampling program in a bid to expand the Razorback gold prospect at its 202sq-km Talga lithium-gold project, 30km east of Marble Bar in WA's Pilbara region. Despite Razorback showing significant gold intersections in previous drilling, including 5m at 2.23g/t from 24m, only 700m of its interpreted 4km strike has been drilled.
