Benjamin started his boutique agency in 2009 after spotting an opening in the marketplace in the Perth Hills area.
This has resulted in a string of awards from his peers at a time when the property market was experiencing a downturn.
Benjamin plans to expand into property management within the next few years, and possibly branch out as a franchise, while maintaining the agency’s dominant market share in the hills.
