Zeta Petroleum plc engages in the exploration and development of oil and gas properties in eastern Europe. The company owns a 100% interest in the Bobocu Gas Field located to the north of the Buzau valley, Romania; and a 39% interest in the Jimbolia Oil Field located in the eastern part of the Pannonian Basin, Romania. It also owns a 50% non-operated interest in the Suceava concession located on the Moldovian platform, Romania. In February 2020 the company was delisted from the ASX.
