Volt Power Group (formerly Enerji) is a power generation technology and infrastructure asset developer and owner. The company is primarily focused on: the enhancement and commercialisation of its ATEN Technology - a low emission waste heat to electricity generation solution; and the expansion of its broader renewable energy and low emission power generation asset footprint and related capability.
In October 2016 Enerji appointed Korda Mentha as administrators after running into debt problems with one of its creditors. In June 2017 the company renamed itself Volt Power Group after successfully recapitalising under a DOCA that saw creditor ECM become its largest shareholder. Volt’s office is co-located at the ECM headquarters and fabrication facility in Henderson.
